The Transform feature is currently only available to users in the Office Insiders program and it does come with a number of limitations.

The apps had launched in private beta for Android tablets back in July last year, and were brought to 'preview' stage in January, before finally being released to the general public later the same month. The Redmond giant had introduced its Office apps for Android smartphones in Preview state in May, requiring users to sign up to the Microsoft Office for Android community to be able to test the apps.
